Baaaaahhhhh I am freaking going to die of heat. We have no AC in this freaking apartment! I mean its bearable, but it's still like 80 degrees in here! I didn't think it would be too bad since we live on the lower level of a 4-plex and we're surrounded by shade all around.
Our little fan just isn't cutting it. So umm.. yeah if anyone just happens to have a swamp cooler laying around that we could steal for the summer that would rock. My feet are so hot and that bugs me most of all!
I don't know why I chose to live somewhere with no AC. I was just being a cheap-o. I guess because I didn't want to pay $75 more to have AC on the top level. I'm dumb like that. In addition to that I don't want to pay $250 for a swamp cooler when we are moving anyway. But not until February probably. I think we'll renew for 6 months so we can decide what to do. I just don't feel like packing up all our crap right now. Plus, I look everyday but there just aren't any apartments that I'm interested in.
We might buy something. It depends. We're going to look into it- but I don't know if I'm quite ready to do that. Plus a tiny little house in Ogden costs like $90k. The same thing here costs about $175k. Bull shee! That's one thing that I definitely miss about living up there. Ok. I'm gonna go fall asleep in the sauna now.

I can sympathize... I've been looking on KSL for a swamp cooler and they have some for pretty cheap. We thought about buying too, but to get the $8,000 you have to stay in the house as your primary residence for 3 FULL years. We couldn't force ourselves to tie down so soon. You have your whole life to have a mortgage :-)

Yay for Chelsi! We have a window swamper and when it really gets hot or humid above 20% it barely works, so I can sympathize.
